In this powerful  session, presented byAdolfo Proietti,Managing Director, AVMore/DigitalDubs, you will learn about: Sales activities to grow your business, sales process overview, maximize productivity, prospecting – doing it right to get results – lead generation, call reluctance, effective sales communication, building a script, managing key account customers, relationship building, stalls and objections and dealing with them, closing the sale, winning habits.

Adolfo’ssuccess is based on 20 years of management and more than twenty-five years of sales and marketing experience in new business development, including full profit/loss responsibility for creative product development, management, marketing and distribution.   Adolfo has presented to audiences through industry associations and trade events. He is actively involved in various industry associations, leading the Mississauga Technology Association as President, Co-Chairing the first ever Mississauga Technology Awards Program, past President of ITVA (now Media Communications Association International), a member of the CPSA and has achieved his CSP (Certified Sales Professional) certification, and is a long standing member of the Knights of Columbus Mississauga Council.

During this interactive session, presented byPaul Shemiltof HR-HUB, participants will obtain greater clarity around who they want to be and who they currently are. Paul has numerous stories that are informative, motivational and humorous. Paul is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, The Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario and Toastmasters International where he has recently completed his term as Area Governor.

During this interactive session, presented byDeirdra Redden,President of Concept Solutions, Public Relations & Event Planning, participants will obtain greater understanding on how to pre-read and present to their audience, what type of presentation you will need to develop, the skills you need to get past the “Final Three Feet” and sign on the dotted line.

Deirdra Reddenis a public relations consultant with over 20 years of combined experience in communications, sales, marketing, and strategic planning. Deirdra has developed and facilitated leadership and public relations training programs with business partners from Acuity Options for a number of municipalities in Southern Ontario. She has worked with Atotech Canada, the Createch Group (a member of the BCE family), The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, Shad International, and GE Capital Technology Management Services. Her volunteer activities consist of the AM Rotary of Ancaster and OPACC – Ontario Parents Advocating for Children with Cancer (Board Treasurer). Deirdra is a member of Canadian Public Relations Society of Canada Hamilton Chapter, and serves on its Board as Chair of Special Events.
